If a program says that the "Grade Range" is 82%, and I have 80%, can I still apply?

Program Information and Requirements

Yes. The “Grade Range” on eINFO is not a cut-off point, but a general guideline and best guess. Grade ranges for this coming year are based on the previous year’s admission. The range varies each year according to the number and quality of applicants. If fewer students apply to a given program this year, the grade range will likely decrease, and vice-versa if more students apply.

Also, many universities consider supplemental information such as essays, portfolios, interviews and personal information forms in their admission decisions, not only your academic average.
