Joyce Foundation Success Award
University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT)
Disbursed annually to students from a high school in Durham Region or Northumberland County who are entering full-time undergraduate studies in any of our faculties.
Eligible students must have a minimum of 75% in their final year of high school, have demonstrated financial need, and have received a recommendation letter from a teacher or guidance counsellor. Students must also have an official application to the university on file, to be considered.
Award recipients will be invited to participate as mentees in Student Life's peer mentorship program during their first year of studies and will be encouraged to act as mentors in subsequent years.
Renewable with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.
