You must be a high-school student entering your first year of undergraduate study in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies at York University. In addition, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- have completed at least one 4U/M course (or equivalent) in the Canadian and World Studies division
- have a minimum overall average of 85%
- be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- be a resident of Ontario
- demonstrate financial need
This award is renewable for one additional year.
