Social Justice and Peace Scholarship

A minimum 80% is required. These scholarships will be awarded to highly engaged students entering Year One studies at King's University College who have a strong interest in community or global justice as well as deep a commitment to academic excellence. These scholarships recognize students who are willing to take an active role in social justice and/or peace oriented activities, both at King’s and in the broader community. Candidates will be expected to submit 3 letters of reference, a portfolio of past social justice and/or peace oriented activities and a 750-word essay describing his/her interest in a particular cause or issue and his/her vision for change.
