Room Types

All residences are less than a 5-minute walk from the academic buildings and are located near the best scenic spots on campus. We offer 767 rooms in both townhouse- and apartment-style accommodations. Each unit is self-contained and fully furnished with bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room/dining room. There are 4 to 6 students per unit, with 75% single-occupancy bedrooms. Accessible accommodations are available for students with accessibility needs. Residence costs include heat, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

Space in residence is guaranteed to all first-year students who request residence on U of T's MyRes application and meet the residence deadlines.

Deposit Required

$600, due after receipt of an offer of admission.
