$5,951 – $7,859 for an 8-month contract.

Included in pricing: Inter-Residence Council and Residence Life Activity Fees, Technology Fee (wireless internet and telephone line), laundry and fridge.

Room Types

First-year students coming directly from high school are assigned to Alumni Hall (2-bedroom suites), Cartier Hall (double rooms) or Macdonald Halls (double rooms/limited single rooms). All rooms/suites are single gender.

Amenities

Fully furnished rooms, lounges, kitchens, laundry room, Technology Package. Living Learning Communities are available. Trained Residence Life staff on hand 24 hours to provide social, academic and personal support. Accessible rooms available.

Residence Guarantee

First-year students coming directly from high school who submit their application and $475 deposit by the deadline date are guaranteed a spot in residence. After this date, residence spaces are assigned based on availability. Find more information about UWindsor residence.
